The laws governing the Use of Force vary from state to state. The manner in which the laws are written and enforced in the State of New Jersey are some of the most restrictive in all the 50 states and place a heavy legal burden on firearms owners to know all regulations and to act accordingly in all situations where guns are used as deadly force.
The purpose of this course is to educate the participant on the necessary legal concepts to guide their actions before, during and after using deadly force.
This course is for a civilian audience.
