$  75.00 equipment bundle if needed (semi automatic pistol, 50 round box of ammo, eye and ear protection)

3 hours (90 minutes in class, 75 minutes instruction on range, 15 minutes qualification)

PURPOSE:

This course is intended for BEGINNERS with little or no experience, who wish to learn how to properly operate a pistol,
to safely act in a gun range and the concepts and application of marksmanship. The successful candidate will receive a
Beginner Pistol Class Completion Certificate.

AREAS OF FOCUS:

• Firearm safety

• Range safety

• Identification of parts of pistols and their proper operation

• Grip and stance fundamentals;

• Proper sight alignment and sight picture

• Marksmanship

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

• Pistol (semi-automatic or revolver).    

• 50 rds of ammunition.            

• Hearing and eye protection.
